Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of our products, Lá Nua does not accept exchanges and/or returns.
Purchases made in-store or online via other retailers are subject to those retailers’ own policies.
At our discretion, unopened and unused products may be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us to receive instructions.
Damages & Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with a detailed description and photo(s). If eligible, we will replace your damaged or defective item(s) with the same or similar product (if same product is unavailable at the time).
Shipping
If your return request is accepted, to return your order, you must mail your product(s) to: 11668 Tuxford St, Sun Valley, CA 91352
You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once a refund is issued, funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
